    ※ If there are no tee times to choose from, the tee times for that day have closed. However, if you inquire through 1:1 chat consultation, we will confirm and inform you of tee times that can be additionally reserved.

    ※ If you play 18 holes during afternoon tee time, lockers and shower facilities are not available.
    ※ If you tee off after 13:00, rounds are only possible until sunset. Refunds are not possible for the remaining holes not rounded, so please check again before making a booking.
    ※ Please complete check-in at least 30 minutes before tee off
    ※ If the reserved number of people differs from the actual number of players, additional fees may apply, and these fees must be paid on-site.

    ※ The reserved tee time may be changed or played early or late without prior notice depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, and refunds and cancellations are not possible due to this.

    ※ Bookings are available for groups of 3 or more only on weekends and local holidays.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.

    • I can not select the date I want to reserve. Is reservation not possible?
